Refund and Returns Policy

At Cler, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. In order to maintain consistent standards and ensure our customers' satisfaction, we have established the following no return or refund policy.

Cler Jewelry

  1. Returns are not accepted: Once the purchase has been made, returns of products will not be accepted, unless they meet the return conditions specified in point N.2.

  2. Exceptional return conditions: Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

    • The product received is broken or defective.

    • The wrong product has been received.

  3. Procedure for exceptional returns: In case a customer needs to return a product under the conditions mentioned in point 2, our email must be notified within 5 business days of receiving the product. Photographic evidence of the condition of the product and a detailed description of the problem will be required. Once the validity of the return has been verified, further instructions for the return process will be provided.

  4. No refunds are offered: With the exception of the exceptional returns mentioned in point 2, refunds will not be offered for products purchased from Cler Joyeria.

  5. Available alternatives: Instead of refunds, we offer the possibility of exchanging the product for another of equal value or providing a credit for future purchases at Cler Joyeria.

  6. Policy Review: We reserve the right to revise and update this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in-store.

By making a purchase at Cler Joyeria, you agree and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our no-return or refund policy.
